A complete 1-hour class where Tamara thoughtfully blends classical ballet, Pilates, cardio, and flexibility work. Whether at the barre or on the floor, each exercise is designed to deeply strengthen the body while cultivating fluidity of movement.
Accessible to all levels, this class draws inspiration from ballet technique without pressure or judgment. You’ll work on posture, core strength, mobility, coordination, and breath, in a setting that is both demanding and supportive.

Classes are divided into three seasonal terms:

Subscriptions must be paid in full at the start of each term.
There are no classes during school holidays.
